Fill PDF Forms

Fill in form fields and optionally flatten them.

Fill PDF Forms lets you complete the fields of a fillable PDF: text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns and lists. Flatten the form to bake the answers into the page so they can no longer be changed.

How to use Fill PDF Forms

1. Drop your PDF into the upload box, or click it to browse. The file stays on your device.
2. Fill in the fields, then optionally tick Flatten to lock the values in.
3. Click the button and the result downloads straight from your browser.

Is Fill PDF Forms free?

Yes. Every tool on ZTools is free, with no limits, watermarks or sign-up.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Fill PDF Forms runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device and nothing is stored.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. ZTools works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet or phone. Large files take longer on low-end devices because all the work happens locally.

It says the PDF has no form fields.

The document has no interactive fields, so there is nothing to fill in. Use Edit PDF to type over it instead.
